Seishiro King of Quincies

Ah, the infamous Quincy. First off, I noticed the colors you used first. Very simplistic in a way, but with added emphases on the arrow portion of the bow.

The design layout is nice, the collar looks great, as well as the cape and boots. The hair suits this character, and the left hand is an appropriate place.

Now, to where the picture kinda makes me think

"Ugh, you where so close to making this amazing!!!"

The pants. Horrible horrible horrible >.< They seem to be too baggy in my eyes, as if his legs are super meaty/fat.

Now, something that was a so-so error would be the bow. The design in itself is unique, but not well drawn. You went with the newer, shorter,, bow that the Quincies seem to be equipped with so far. It just seems to be missing either some more design, or maybe the edges aren't precise enough? Ah, food for thought.

Anyway, this is my first critique, and I really hope that this helps, and you go into your next drawing with these things in mind!
